Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Peppercorn platform, including the restaurant management software, the public booking and reservation services, and the websites that host them (together, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Peppercorn provides point-of-sale, ordering, reservations, kitchen display, inventory, labor, loyalty, and reporting tools for restaurants, along with guest-facing booking and discovery surfaces. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

2. Accounts

Restaurant accounts are provisioned and managed by the operator. You are responsible for keeping credentials confidential and for all activity under your account, including activity by staff using station PINs or override tokens.

3. Acceptable use

You must use the Service lawfully and in accordance with theAcceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

4. Payments and data

Payment card data is handled via certified payment partners; Peppercorn never stores card numbers, CVV codes, or track data. Your business data is processed as described in thePrivacy Policy.

5. Intellectual property

The Service and its software, design, and content are owned by Peppercorn or its licensors. We grant you a limited, revocable right to use the Service, not a license to the underlying software.

6. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Peppercorn is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
